Ya-Qin Zhang, the President of Microsoft of China, was one of rare few Chinese citizens selected to carry the Olympic torch through Beijing.
That should tell you volumes about the high regard the Chinese government feel about Microsoft. And how important the Chinese market is to Microsoft.
