Reverse brain drain to India

Many of the highly-educated, high-skilled high-tech Indian workers are leaving Silicon Valley and returning to India. And China too. Call it a reverse brain drain.

The job opportunities in China and India for these skilled high-tech workers are viewed to be better than the U.S.

The U.S. has consistently been a net exporter of three things: airplane, food, and technology. That may change for technology very, very soon.
