Toyota predicts that is 2010 sales will increase by 6% to 8.27 million vehicles, up from 7.81 million vehicles that it sold in 2009. Toyota thinks it can hit that number because of improved business from the U.S. and Europe.
Ha! I don’t think so. And any investors jumping on board because of this optimistic forecast will be disappointed.
Long-term, I still think Toyota is the best car company in the world to own. I just don’t want to own any car companies at this time.

But what about T’s sales to China, India, Brasil, Tailand, Viet Nam, etc. Those economies are expanding.
