Zero Hedge was on top of the story about Goldman Sachs potentially front-running the market long before the New York Times caught on to it. You can read the New York Times story here: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/07/24/business/24trading.html?_r=4&partner=rss&emc=rss
Zero Hedge stories on Goldman Sachs frontrunning are numerous. You can find examples here and here and here.
By the way, Reuters broke the story about how a Russian immigrant stole Goldman Sachs’ “secret sauce.” Did the New York Times even address it? If so, I missed it. And the New York Times wonders why its circulation is going down.
One final word — when CNBC’s Charlie Gasparino flails against a web site on live TV, it’s a sign that the web’s star is rising, even as CNBC’s much-conflicted star falls.
Yeah, Zero Hedge is going on my blog roll. It should go on your blog roll, too.
