Lucky Numbers for Ultimate Suburban Survivalist Guide

by Sean Brodrick on March 9, 2010

On Tuesday night, my book, The Ultimate Suburban Survivalist Guide, hit #17 on all Amazon books.  It also hit #1 in Investing books and #1 in Personal Finance.  Click on the image below and a larger image should open up (depending on your browser).

The #17 ranking for all books is the highest I’ve seen. I only check it irregularly, so if you see it higher, let me know.  Anyway, it’s pretty cool, and I’m enjoying the heck out of it.  Thank you everyone who bought it.  I hope you find it useful, and entertaining to boot.

And if you haven’t picked it up yet, go read the reviews.

Hi Sean:
I just ordered your book from Amazon — can’t wait to read your book!!
Just a quick question: There was some free newsletters I’ve subscribed (from FX university) stating that there might be danger of government takeover of our retirement funds (by mandating all money market funds to hold longer term US treasury and creating “government annuity”) in order to pay for its big deficit. Is this true? Did you touch this topic in your book? This is really relevant to our family since almost all our saving is in IRA and 401k now…
I really like your analysis and recommendations from your new investment newsletter (crisis profit hunter). Thanks for all the good work!
Best wishes, Polly.
