Ringing the Cash Register on UCO

by Sean Brodrick on June 3, 2009

Red-Hot Commodity ETFs subscribers should have been stopped out of the second half of the Ultra-DJ-AIG Crude Oil ProShares (UCO: 12.71 +0.55 +4.52%) position today.  The good news is, if you followed my recommendation and raised your stop, you were stopped out with a nice gain. This is on top of the even bigger gain booked on the first half of the position on Monday (or on Tuesday, if you were late to the party).

Now, I’m hoping for a good three-day rally in the dollar and three-day correction in commodities.  That would give us some nice setups for early next week.  Will we get that commodity pullback?  Stay tuned!

Absoloutely …. my favorite is Natural Gas stocks and Energy stocks …. might grab some Gold Miners and Agriculture … at the same time …. I just think the trade is crowded … everyone love’s commodities … and everyone HATES the inverse ETF’s and shorting the market …. what does that tell you? Mr. Market is up to it’s devlish deeds again ….. it will be hillarious to see the USD go up … relishing for the moment …

Our country is in real trouble.
Not only the USD as fallen to half, but we are a poor nation when it comes to Health Care.
Everybody with a little bit of brain, knows that HEALTH INSURANCES are the opium for the people. They make millions of dollars, and they only give a little fraction for what we pay.
In my opinion, the Government should take command on the health Care Industry, and get read of the Insurance companies.
To correct the deficit, the wars should be stopped, and the billions of dollars spent to keep other countries in Democracy ? can be deposit in the Nation’s treassure.

“All wars should be stopped”??

To back up this comment, it may be imperative to get some of the history on which the “Welfare-Warfare” state is based. The book, “The Costs of War”, edited by Denson, lays it all out.
